Save as a .pps file.

Save as then scroll down in "save as type" till you find "powerpoint show
.pps"

tropicalsunshine,
You can save it as a PowerPoint Show. To do so, click File > Save as .
Under Save as type, select PowerPoint Show (.pps).
Click Save.
Also, check this out:
"Send a presentation that opens automatically in email"

And if you viewers do not have PowerPoint, see:
"Make a standalone EXE that runs a PowerPoint presentation"
