Previously, I could load movies from my hard drive onto slides.  Now I when I
try to run loaded movies, I can see the first frame but then a white screen
appears.  Strangely, I can load movies from a jump drive and run them from
there.  I have loaded iTunes and RealPlayer.  Are these interfering with the
Windows XP player?  I have reloaded MS office and the problem persists.  Can
I fix this problem?

Move the presentation and media files to a shorter path.  Example: C:\test"

Put the movie to be inserted into the same folder as the presentation , then
insert.
