Can anyone recommend a program for a ppt builder? I've looked into Slide
Manager, Presentation Engine, 3M Presentation Builder, etc. recommendations?
other programs available?

If you're part of a large organization, you might start looking into
the upcoming MS Office SharePoint Server 2007. Accoring to MSFT, "When
combined with Office SharePoint Server 2007, Office PowerPoint 2007
allows users to easily share, reuse, and connect content from multiple
PowerPoint presentations using PowerPoint Slide Libraries."
