My end goal here is to have a way to have the slides labeled so I can see the
title on a list – such as the outline - but I do not want the title to show
on the slides. Is there a way to format the slides so all the titles are
hidden? Like a default setting that I have been unable to find? (I
jerry-rigged this by dragging the title off the slide in the master and
making it 12 pt but then on the outline it printed really tiny!)

Just drag the title off the master slide - easier if you change the view to
33% No need to change font size

Make it larger but leave it dragged off the slide.
