When I add an animated gif to ppt the speed of the animation is greatly
increased and i would like to know how to reduce the speed or return the
speed to the original.
Eg: a gracefully flying dove appears in ppt as a wildly flapping bird.

thank you.

Steveo,
I could be wrong but there is nothing you can do about that in PowerPoint.
You will need a program to edit the animated Gif's and reduce the frame rate
there.
