how can you keep different templates for each slide show?

Zahir,
Not sure what you mean exactly. But if you want to apply different templates
to the same presentation you will need version PPT2002/2003/2007 which
supports multiple masters. Have a look here to see how it works, and maybe
if you have a previous version of PowerPoint a viable workaround.
