No idea. You need to give us a lot more information about your computer
and what steps you take and what happens then.
Random guess: your laptop ran out of battery?

No, I don't use laptop, I use desktop PC IBM Think Center A50, with Intel
82865G Graphic Controller and I already update the display driver with new
version. The steps is when I press F5 to slide show mode, the monitor turn
off and the indicator lamp goes yellow.

Whatever version of PowerPoint your using make sure that all the service
patches have been applied. Do a detect and repair if that is available for
your version of PowerPoint. What happens when you press F5 in any other
program?

I'd back the hardware acceleration down and see if that helps.

How to set graphics hardware acceleration back
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00129.htm

I'd also boot Windows into Safe Mode and see what happens there if I run the
presentation. It will be ugly, but it's a good test to see if it's really
the video drivers. (If it runs in Safe Mode, it's often an indication that
you need updated video drivers. Or it could be pointing to a conflict with
other software running in the background on a regular, non-safe-mode, boot.)

Oooooh, and you know, I think we saw this problem once with spontaneous
reboots and it turned out to be bad RAM. Hang on...

Yeah, bad RAM or perhaps need for a BIOS upgrade. http://tinyurl.com/jkcxu

In addition to what everyone else suggested, what happens when you open
PPT and press F5 with the default blank slide there?

The computer itself turns completely off when this happens?
