Whenever I try to convert a powerpoint presentation into a PDF file - I get
an error saying that it cannot be completed.  Why is this happening?  How
else can I turn my powerpoint presentation into a PDF file??

Thanks!

What product (and version) are you using to do the conversion?
What version of PPT do you use?
What *exact* steps do you follow to start the conversion?
What's the exact text of the error message?
