Word 2003 - send to Microsoft Office PowerPoint feature

I don't know how to use the captioned feature and didn't seem to find any
articles/writups from Word help nor PPT FAQ link.  Can someone point me to
some tutorial, articles etc.

Are "headig 1" and "heading 2" format the only ones accepted by PPT?  Are
these  reserved formats that PPT look for?  

Any help is apprciated.
