I need to transter my presentation from Power Point, to Adobe Encore DVD.
However, I keep getting an error that states that my computer doesnt' have
the decoder to translate the file (the presentation).  Can you please point
me in the right direction?  Do I need to save the file with a diff.
extension, or is there a specific decoder that I need to download in order to
sucessfully import this presenation into Encore DVD or any other.  Thanks!!

How are you trying to transfer it to Encore? IIRC, you should be able to use
Import as Asset.

Ah, nuts. Guess not. Just tried it, and I get the same error. I must be
thinking of different DVD authoring software -- probably DVD Studio Pro for
the Mac.

One option would be to open the PPT file and use File|Save As, then save the
slides as images, which you can then import into Encore.
