MS Office Forum / General PowerPoint Questions / June 2006inserting a movie file
Hi, I insert either .avi or .mpeg into my presentation file, the first image of the movie file will appear, but once I want to play it, the screen becomes white!! How can I resolve that? Cheers, Mehdi. I've been having this issue too and it was simply resolved by adding the movie to the same folder as the presentation.
