I have saved a PowerPoint presentation as a Power Point Show (PPS) type.
This show contains links to the internet and word/excel files on a shared
drive. I want my Management team to launch this presentation directly from
a shared drive to the show version (they don't want to click, "slide show" -
"view shows")
The only way it does work is when I e-mail it to them. However, I will
always be making updates to the presentation with new information, so it is
not practical to send constant e-mails.
Can someone help?

Put a shortcut to the PPS on their desktop ... point it at the PPS on a shared
drive. That should do it.
