You can not, PowerPoint is not a video editor, it plays what you hand it,
that's it.

You have to find a video editing program such as Adobe Premiere. Find
and open the original video file (AVI, MPG etc). Go to the frame and
save the frame as still image. Print screen usually capture a black
screen if it's a video.
