Problem with linking to excel

I have a PPT file that has 22 links to an excel file, a different link to a
different section of the excel file for each of the slides in my PPT file.
I need to find an easy way to change the source on the 22 links.  PPT won't
let you select multiple links and change them all at once so they have to be
changed one at a time.  That might be tolerable, but as you change the source
on individual links they change their position in the dialog box so it's
nearly impossible to know which ones have been changed and which ones
haven't.  The dialog box only shows part of the path/file name so you can't
tell by looking at the link which source it's pointing to.
Is there a way to change the path for all the links at once (without
modifying the cell references in the link)?  If not, is there a way to expand
the dialog box to see the whole path?  If not is there a way to keep all the
links in their original position in the dialog box?  Any other suggestions?
