powerpoint?

You can't. You can however download the free PowerPoint viewer here

If you use package for cd in 2003 you can just include the viewer.
There are a variety of programs to convert powerpoint to flash or video
formats.
Camtasia is pretty good

You can save it as a web page (series of pages, really, but let's not quibble
over details).

Anyone with MSIE or a compatible browser will be able to view it (but what they
see won't be exactly like what they'd see in PPT)

I recv'd a powerpoint deck that was created using a MAC.  When I tried to
open the file, I got a mesaget the states " the file could not be opened
becasue there was no converter for this file installed?"  What does this
mean?  I'm on a PC with Windows XP 2003.

Any insights would be helpful.

Are you certain it's a PowerPoint file?
How can you tell?

What's the full name of the file, including extension?
Are extensions visible on your computer?  If not, you'll need to make them so
in order to solve this one, I expect.
