I have an animated series of 10 steps on my slide.  I'd like the final
animation to be that all the objects appear at once so the user can see all
10 steps after they've completed their animation.

My work-around for now is that I've made a duplicate slide with no animation
as the next in the sequence, but that causes issues when printing out my
presentation (twice as many pages as necessary).

I cant see your animation so this may not be what you want.
Try ctrl clicking all the 10 item and then custom animation > entrance appear.

Alternatively in slide sorter view ctrl click the finished slides only and
print selection
