The file i'm trying to edit (the words need to be shrunk) is in a ppt format
not pps. i don't know how to edit it. it's a slide show that i need to clean
up.

Mmmm....You just go about it quite the same way as you would a Word file or
a WYSIWYG web editor...move & delete images, change backgrounds, edit text
boxes. Animation & sound are not that simple at first, but there is nothing
impossible to handle and learn.

First time with PPoint? Can you be more specific 'bout what you're trying to
change?

Gus

By the way...text boxes are edited the same way yo do in Word...click on
them, delere or add, cover them up with your cursor to change fonts or
color.

Hi Gus, i'm basically have a powerpoint presentation that needs to be cleaned
up, basically the wording and the bullets are to large so i have to shrink
and edit some of them. Also i want to change the background, however it's not
letting me..when i open up the presentation i can edit anything, the cursor
won't allow me to. should i open up in a different format? Christina
