Hello

Could someone please tell me in detail (lol) how I would go about printing
my own postcards using powerpoint (or any other office program).  I have A5
card and want to get 2 postcards from each sheet. I only want to put my name
and address details on as these are to enter various competitions and I can
write any additional info on.

Sorry for being thick but I have no idea where to start!

Thanks

Leslie

Using file, page setup and selecting within the drop down list the size
of paper you need. I am not familiar with A5 card, but its dimensions
can be entered if its length and width are not among the options.
About getting 2 postcards for each sheet either the height or the
length of the page needs to be doubled. Some printers may not handle
excessive pages, so check its capabilities also. A hammer and chisel
may come in handy there.

This is much easier in word!

Page setup > A5 portrait
Page setup > margins tab >mutiple pages> two pages per sheet

Use a page break to move to the next postcard

Did that answer the question / help?
