How do i create a PAUSE button?

Could you give us some more details Chloe?  What do you want to pause?  Which
version are you using?

If you mean pause an automatically running show?? Then press "S"

If you are running in kiosk mode then the keyboard option wont work.

You will need to split your pres into two custom shows - the main show with
automatic transitions and a one slide pause show with no transition. In the
main show add action buttons to h/link to the pause custom show (remember to
tick show and return)  and an action button in the pause show to "end show"
In set up show choose show > slides > custom show (the main show)
