How to do a floating tool bar in slide

Dear all,

I need develop a toolbar in powerpoint, this toolba will show after
powerpoint slide show! I need it can float in slide! anyone know how to do
it! Give me any suggestion!

Not going to be an easy task (if possible at all).  What exactly are you
trying to accomplish?  Maybe one of us can provide an alternative (solution
or program).
