Ole Server Program?

When trying to edit a PP presentation someone emailed me it says the
Microsoft Organizational chart OLE server program is not installed. SO i
reinstalled PP adding every single option it has and i still get the same
message.   Is there something im missing here?

Have a look here:

Can't edit Org Chart, Graph, Excel (error msg: "server application, source
file, or item can't be found")

Thanks Steve,  after readin that page i downloaded the 2.0 version of
Organizational Chart and that seemed to fix the problem.
