formats - templates

My daughter saw a presentation where the various "pages" (slides, I suppose)
were set up like a scrapbbook page, and you could drag and drop photos onto
various shapes already on the page (like ovals and circles, rectangles, ets.)
and then you could write on the page, just like a scrapbook page.  Can you
advise where I would find such a thing?

Pretty sure that you cant do that with a powerpoint template. We've done a
few wedding shows and I can drop you a sample if you email me.
