Unless someone has a macro that will do it, the only way I know is to do a
PrtScn and paste your calendar into PowerPoint

What exactly are you trying to do with your calendar? You could have your
calendar open, open your presentation, go into Slide Show mode, and when
ready press ALT+TAB to switch to your calendar. ALT+TAB back when done.

Hello,
I need to do a port folio of evidence where I am required to scan my diary
for the last thirty days and present it with a whole lot of other stuff on
power point. This will probably happen every month and as the diary changes
continously, some kind of import into Powerpoint would be the easiet.
