I’m in the process of making a slideshow for work. We don’t have a cool
little hand held clicker for slide advancement so I was trying to minimize
the number of spacebar hits. so here is my problem-
I want the effect (fly-in) to trigger on the slide advancement. In other
words I want to advance the slide with the space bar and have the effects
start then. Right now I advance the slide and then have to click for the
effects to start.
Thanks for the help

What PowerPoint version are you using?
For PowerPoint 2000 and below, set Automatically under Order and Timing tab.
For PowerPoint 2002/XP and above,
After adding the effect, set the Start: "On Click" to "After Previous".
Is that what you are referring to?
