why sequence of slides is 1 to 4 to 6 to 9, etc. ? skips 2 slides Are the 2missing" slides marked as "hidden"? Options might be that the presentation is set to play a custom show or the presentation is set to play only specific slides within the file... It is not set to custom, and "show slides" is set to show slides 1 to 48 > Go to Slide Show --> Set up show and see if there is something other than > the full show set to play.
