Custom Shows

Can someone tell me if the use of custom shows allow for animations and
video incorporated within the custom show to be reset when hyperlinking
later back to the custom show?

Custom show appears to be working great within PPT Viewer 2003 to reset
videos and animations. Thank you both for the assistance.
