How do I expand space between letters in Powerpoint 2003?

you can do this in the format>fonts area of most other microsoft office
applications. is it possible in powerpoint?

Joel,
You can't, if it is any comfort to you I do believe this will be possible in
PPT 2007.
As an alternative you could do it in Word, select your text, paste special
in PPT as a picture.

Joel,
Come to think of it, you could also use a WordArt text. There you can use
the last button on the WordArt toolbar.
