Currently, I am not able to simultaneously view two different powerpoint files in two different monitors. For example, 'PPT1' on 'monitor 1' and 'PPT2' on 'monitor 2'. If I try to move say presentation 'PPT2' from 'monitor 1' to 'monitor 2', 'PPT1' also comes along in 'monitor 2'. This makes working on 2 PPTs simultaneously impossible! There is a technique for setting this up. Open the first presentation in PowerPoint for editing. Open the second presentation for editing in PowerPoint Manually resize the PowerPoint window to cover both screens of your dual monitor setup Select Windows => Arrange All Now, both presentations are visible for editing. Actually now the 2 PPTs are crammed into one window (and of course on one monitor!). But that solution works if you have 2 monitors of same size (and resolution!). Goes a little strange when one is set to 800x600 and the other is set to 1280x1024. Even so, it is usable, it just doesn't cover all of the larger resolution screen. Are you able to set the resolutions closer to the same settings?
