When I print powerpoint slides, the text is blank. Help!

I am trying to print the slides of a powerpoint presentation. When I print,
the titles of the slides appear, but none of the bulleted text below the
titles appear. Can you tell me how to fix this so that all of the text will
appear? If I print the powerpoint in the "Outline" format, then all of the
text appears, and if I present the powerpoint slides in a slide show, all of
the text appears. It's odd. Thanks for your help.

Are you printing in B/W

Do me a favor. Go to View > Color/Grayscale > Black and White. Do you see
the text here?

If not, click anywhere on the slide. Type CTRL - A (to select all), then in
your grayscale settings, select grayscale. Missing text will reappear and
print.
