Copyright laws for clipart, animation, and soundclips?

Are there copyrights on clipart, sounds, and animations downloaded from the
Microsoft website media homepage? Can I use these snippets for private
presentations?

Yes, you may use clips, etc., from http://office.microsoft.com in private
presentations.

The EULA is here. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx Section 1.2
applies to the online clips.
