I am currently working on a newsletter with my boss, she does not understand
publisher and I do not work with powerpoint when it comes newsletters, I need
to know how to copy or transfer a file from my publisher to powerpoint for
her.

Julia,

Static pages ?

Hmmm.. how about open a file in publisher...

is there an option to save each page as a bitmap (e.g. jpg, png, bmp tif
etc)

if so, save each page as a bitmap, then insert each bitmap into powerpoint
using..

insert menu > picture > from file

Cheers
