When posting a .ppt file link to a html page, I want PowerPoint to open-up.
Right now the ppt. file populates the browser window. or you can down load
and save. Again I want th ppt file to open with PowerPoint Help?

Save the file as a .pps (PowerPoint Show) and link to that version on your
html page.  When you click the link, it should open in show view without the
toolbars.
