i have a quetion.

I have a chart, data entered via Powerpoint, which shows income v
expenses on a graph for three years.

i can animate the graph so that it shows
Stpe 1 Axis
Step 2 Income
Stpe 3 Income and Expesnes

i would like to show Expenses first, but on third stop show Income,
Expenses in that order.

My reorder button does not seem to work for chart animation. Anyone got
any ideas?

You can't reorder them. One way (a little tedious though) would be to ungroup
the chart (Right click on the chart, click Grouping > Ungroup. Click Yes when
a prompted, then ungroup again). Then group up individual data, and animate
them individually.
