received PowerPoint e-mail on my laptop and many slides were blank.
received the same PowerPoint e-mail on my desktop and all slides were good.
what's happening??

On the lappie, do you have ALL Office updates installed?

My guess is you have a non updated version of 2003. Check in help > about
msoft ppt that you have sp2 installed.
