Hi John, Thank you for your reply. Yes it does help, I think. There is a
complicating factor. When I posted this question, I was using this Office
2007 Beta. I found the program to be too unstable, so I uninstalled the
program and reinstalled Office 2002. Unfortunately, that version of office
didn't have PowerPoint, so I am using my Office 2000 version. I didn't see
in this, the item to which you were referring. Do you know if it's there, or
do I have to upgrade?

Presenter view isn't part of Office 2000. You'd need 2002 or higher.

Thanks Steve. I need to get an upgrade, but I'll wait until I get my next
computer with Vista and Office 2007. At that point, I'll look for this
feature.

The new version of Presenter in 2007's supposed to have some really nice bells and
whistles. Unfortunately, my rig doesn't support it here so I can't play. :-(
