Im trying to put text over a video ou swf object. In edition mode I see the
text over them , but when I play the presentation, the text stays behind .
Is there some way to do this ?

You can't. Video clip will always be on top.

Here's a possible workaround with OfficeOne Add-in:

Thanks for your anwser .
I have saw some slides with animated background with  great visual impact
like with Ovation and know the add ons from Officeone . I think that there is
some way if the background isn't a video but some kind of animation format.

Lets see.

You can add foreground text IN the video itself
