I have tried sending music to others and it does not sound.  I first had a
MP3 and did not work, then I tried a MIDI file and did not work, now I heard
that I need to have a WAV file but when I do that is wat too big to travel in
a presentation.  How can I convert a MIDI file or how can I convert a MP3 to
WAV and make it work and compressed the file so it can  travel in PPS?

You might want to give PFCExpress a try, it was made for this exact purpose.
