How do I add another text placeholder on slide master page?

I need a title box and two text boxes and a master slide. How do I add a
second text placeholder?

You cant do this on the master (until 2007) You can use format > slide layout
> and choose the two text box layout which can have the boxes resized etc. If
you wish you can make duplicate slides from it.
