I have a dule monitor system and I want to pull one PP on one monitor and
another on the other monitor.  Is there any way to do this. As of yet I can
only open all up in one window.

Here's what you can do (a little tedious though):
First, do not maximize the PowerPoint window.
Instead, manually maximize it by clicking and dragging the border of the
window so that it fills up the two views.
Finally, click Window > Arrange All to get the two presentations up, one on
each view.

Thank you Thank you so much.  Being a trainer it is always helpful to see two
different things at once.  This has been a pain in my side for so long.
Again, I’m very grateful.

Thank you so much for the article.  This has been a pain for me for a long
time.  It's nice to know it can be done.
