Hi Diane,
I will assume a lot of what isn't said and hope I'm guessing correctly.
I'll assume you are running Windows XP and have the full version of
PowerPoint (not just the viewer)
1) The first step is to save out all the images from the Presentation file.
Open The presentation in PowerPoint
Save As... and change the type to HTML navigate to a folder (remember
where this folder is)
2) Open the folder by clicking on My Computer and navigating to the HTML
folder you just saved
Delete everything that isn't a picture
3) Open the control panel
Start => Control Panel => Display => Screen Saver
Select 'My Pictures Screen Show'
Click Settings
Click Browse
Navigate to the folder with the presentation pictures
4) OK out of everything
Try it. Play with some of the other settings.

thanks for your help that worked fine do you know how to delete old
screensavers off the displaY options please hopeyou can help with this
