Ungroup each chart. That converts it to a picture of a chart and throws away
the data.
I'd be sure you have Fast Saves turned off in Tools, Options, then save the PPT
file under a new name after doing the ungrouping.
You can keep one copy with the charts intact, then do the ungrouping on a copy
that you're going to send out.
A bit tedious to do all that by hand, so you might want to have a look here:
