MS Office Forum / General PowerPoint Questions / September 2006Fill in template
I want to make a template presentation for others to open and fill in the correct areas. Besides using the Master Slide option to select slide layout, text font, color, and size is there anyway I can insert or create placeholders that instruct the user what sort of information to include? Like instead of it saying "click and insert title here" I could personalize it to say "click and insert project 1 title here" and stuff like that. I know in Word you can do it using a Text Form Field found under the Forms toolbar, but I can't seem to find that on PPT. Please help. Unfortunately, current versions of PPT do not allow us to add placeholders. PPT 2007 does have this feature, though. (I'm excited!)
