I thought that I had submitted this, but I cannot find it, so I will ask
again.
I am using PP 2000, and want to create a mediaobject in VBA that will
play a CD track. I cannot find any way of doing it. The Mediaobject
requires a file name when creating it. Also if I create the object in PP
I can specify what track(s) to play, and where to start and stop
playing. Is it possible to do this in VBA? And if so how? I cannot find
anything in help that seems to know anything about playing a CD.
Any help would be appreciated.
   Thanks.

Joan,

Here is a Knowledge Base article for doing it in VB.

Be aware, there is nothing simple about it.
