In Power Point, how do I print and Outline View of my presentation that shows
the slide number, the expanded outline, and the slide notes that I wrote?

Correction: I meant to write "an Outline View...." not "and Outline View..."

There are several VBA routines on the PPT FAQ at (http://www.pptfaq.com) that
you could combine to get something like this, if you have a little VBA
experience.

Do you need the outline to be formatted, or will plain "notepad" text work?

And while it won't give you exactly what you're asking for, you might want to
try File, Send To Word or give Bill Dilworth's Slide Into Word add-in a try
(http://billdilworth.mvps.org/SlideIntoWord.htm)
