I am trring to record audio for a large conference we have coming up
where we will have guest speakers coming up and giving their
presentations.  We will generally obtain a copy of the presentation and
record the Audio of the guest speaker so that we can compile a CD with
the power point and audio synced together in an "auto running" power
point show.   In the past, we have recorded the audio from the guest
speaker thrugh the conference room microphone/speaker system (to obtain
the best audio quality) and manually "dubbed" the speakers voice trying
to guess when the speaker changed the slides based on what he was
talking about.

Do you know if this can be automated in someway, somehow digitally
recording the slide transitions and timing?  Any aftermarket
hardware/software that can do this.
