Hello,

If I make a hyperlink to fred.ppt#3 the user does indeed move to slide
3 of the fred.ppt presentation but this does not appear to work after
using Package for CD (using PowerPoint 2003).

Hve I come across something else which does not transfer and work with
PowerPoint Viewer?!

Cheers

Geoff

Did you create the link on an object that has no line and no fill? Or
perhaps one with 100% transparency applied?

No, I was using a text box which was filled.

However I have found that using an action button I can make the link
to the 3rd slide work when using the Viewer!

I had forgotten about this!

I'm glad to hear it's working for you. But it's odd that it wasn't working
with the textbox.

Oh, was the textbox grouped with anything?

Echo,

I'm confused as another presentation did work with hyperlinked text
boxes - will go back and look again!

Cheers
