Is it possible to use multiple NOTE masters in one presentation for PP 2003?

We're attempting to use the Notes option and print a PDF which will then go
to a printers to be made into a manual. What I need is to have the page
number display on the left side for left-facing (even numbered) pages and the
numbers display on the right side for right-facing (odd numbered) pages. Also,
on left facing pages, the actual slide image, page number and footer would
shift to the left to leave room for binding on the right and the opposite
would be true for right-facing pages. Originally, I was using the PP to Word
option to achieve this - but noticed that when the PDF was generated in Word -
the images were fuzzier than the PDF generated directly from PP.

I've tried to include multiple master pages - and then change the Notes
master for each one - but it seems that any changes I make to the Notes
master is duplicated for all the other masters in the presentation. It
appears that you can have multiple masters for a presentation - but NOT
multiple Note masters.

Is this true? Or am I missing something? Please help before I lose my MIND!!

Thanks,

GMAN

Nah, your head's screwed on tight.  <g>
You can only have one notes master per presentation.

But how's your VBA or your budget to hire a coder?

It shouldn't be too humongous a deal to turn off the normal footers, then add
text to replace page number, header and such on each page, move the image one
way or the other as binding needs dictate.
