What version of PPT do you have?

Is it possible that your office has installed IRM (a technology that lets the
owner of the presentation restrict how it's used ... prevent printing, for
example).

Ah.  Occam's done shaving ... let me see if I can borrow the razor ...

Yeah.  Before checking into any of the stuff above, start Wordpad, type a few
lines and see if it prints.

Using PPT 2002 to open an attachment in the email. Other apps printing OK. No
IRM installed. I tried on another PC and got the same result.

Give the suggestions here a try:

HTML "Round-tripping" to repair corruption

If that doesn't help, can you post a small version of this file someplace where
people can download it (ie, web or ftp site)?

I use PPT 2003 to print and it works but not PPT 2002. Thanks.
