Hi,

In an older Office version it was possible to limit the number of characters
per line (for example to 60) for the outgoing emails The program
automatically inserted line breaks when needed. I can not find this function
in the Outook 2003. Can anyone help me?

In Outlook 2003, select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item, select "Mail
Format" tab, click "Internet Format..." button. There you have plain text
options for setting the number of characters where text will wrap around.
