This might be a double-byte font, but in case it's not try Format|Replace
Fonts and see if you can replace it with something standard like Arial or
Times New Roman. Or replace it with something distinctive like Jokerman or
Algerian if you want to see what object/text had it applied.
If you can't replace the font, post back with the error message PPT gives
you.
